We don’t give any warranty on damages arising out of use and other defects to your mobile phone, smart watch, Airpods® or other electronic device for which you have bought a Njord byELEMENTS accessory. With a protection cover a mobile phone, smart watch, Airpods® device is protected against a lot of discomforts. However, Njord byELEMENTS can’t guarantee that an mobile phone, watch, Airpods® or any other device will never get damaged. There are situations in which a protection cover does not suffice to protect an mobile phone, watch, Airpods® or other electronic device.

Although we process your order with the utmost care, there is always a possibility that you will receive the wrong product. When this happens, please contact our Customer Service department support@byELEMENTS.com. They will provide you with further instructions.

The warranty is 2 years for all Njorð byELEMENTS cases. This is according European guidelines.
Q: What is Njord byELEMENTS policy regarding refunds?
Please notify our customer service department when the package is sent. We will refund you within 30 days after the package came back to our distribution center.
